ubuntu 15.10 experiments

got this nice laptop from my friend and upgraded its heart to i5 with 8GB RAM and 2 x SSD storage

installed Ubuntu GNOME remix and set up full disk encryption using LUKS and LVM

now let’s do backups from the main to the backup disk, also owncloud will sync there.
(set up via tools/setup/config)

installing my old homedir (if I can find it) and here the customizations that I deem “important”

install p7zip-full bum
set up grub-customizer to get rid of os’s

install/setup libdvd-pkg
install x264 and vlc

install owncloud-client
